Click & Collect available in Paris 9e. Select the option at checkout and we will get in touch with you by email once you order is placed.

We do our best to ship all packages within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of the order. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

All orders are shipped from our Paris studio.

Free Shipping in France and Europe for order over 150€

 

NEXT DAY SHIPPING

All shipping orders using a Next Day shipping option, if placed before 1pm noon on a business day, will be prioritised and shipped out that day.
Expedited orders placed after 1pm will ship out the following business day.
Delivery is guaranteed for business days only

 

DUTIES AND CUSTOMS

Items to the EU are shipped via Paris so there will be no additional taxes or customs charges to receive your parcel.

All other international countries may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. Please note that we do not cover these costs, therefore, you will be responsible for them.
Unfortunately as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be.

RETURNS

We accept returns for items in new and unworn condition received within 14 days of your receipt of shipment. Over this time period, returns won't be accepted.

We are unable to accept returns on items purchased from our stockists, and all purchases made will need to be returned directly to them.

Conditions for returns and refunded: The product should not have been worn or used, you need to send the product in its original state (no trace of use and immaculate packaging). Return shipping fee are covered by you and you need to ensure that the shipping provider us reliable and the packaging is protecting your package properly. If it gets lost or damage during shipping, we won't be responsible and your return won't be accepted.

Conditions for return a faulty piece: Please ensure the piece is sent back in the same condition you receive it in, with the original packaging.

AEREA is not liable for any lost items.
Shipping costs are not refunded.

 

TERMS

Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
