Costs relating to delivery, freight or postage may vary and are added to each order. In some cases, delivery times can take longer than expected due to customs clearance in certain countries.

DUTIES AN TAXES
Please be note that outside the EU your orders may be subject to customs duties and further costs incurred. AEREA does not cover the cost of import duties and taxes, you will be responsible for these. Import duties and taxes vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for more information.
You order will be dispatched withing 24h to 48h. You will then recieved a tracking number by email so you can check on the status of your parcel.
If you have not received this email, please get in touch to request an update, giving your order number.
All deliveries need to be signed for.
Please note that the risk of loss of or damage to the product passes to you after delivery. If the package appears to be damaged or ripped open, you should refuse to receive the products. Please contact us immediately if you have any complaints about the product you received.
If you do not pick up the parcel or take any action regarding the delivery and the parcel is shipped back to us, we will charge a fee of €60 / £55 / $70.
If the package is not picked up and any kind fee is added, you are responsible for the extra cost and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return shipment. This includes freight charges, any extra payments, duties, taxes, levies, fees for Link Logistics a/s prepayments, return charges, any additional fees, etc.
For products available on direct order, you have 14 days from reception date to return your order. Over this time period, returns won't be accepted.
Conditions for returns and refunded: The product should not have been worn or used, you need to send the product in its original state (no trace of use and immaculate packaging). Return shipping fee are covered by you and you need to ensure that the shipping provider us reliable and the packaging is protecting your package properly. If it gets lost or damage during shipping, we won't be responsible and your return won't be accepted.

For made to order products, each product is made for each customer. For this reason we cannot accept returns. All dimensions and pictures are here to help you make sure you are doing the right choice when purchasing. And you can reach us if you have a questions.
If an item is faulty, please get in touch by email a firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you receive it and make sure to keep the original packaging.
Conditions for return a faulty piece: Please ensure the piece is sent back in the same condition you receive it in, with the original packaging.
AEREA is not liable for any lost items.
Products must be sent back within 14 days of receipt (UK and all International deliveries).
Shipping costs are not refunded.
