AEREA STUDIO is an online shop dedicated to providing you with high-quality jewellery. These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern your use of our website, www.aerea-jewellery.com ("Site"), and your purchase of our jewellery products ("Products"). By accessing and using this Site and placing an order for Products, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please take the time to read and understand them.
We recommend that you keep a copy of these Terms, as well as your order details, for your reference.
AEREA STUDIO reserves the right to update and modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
By placing an order for any Product on this Site, you are making an offer to purchase a Product in accordance with these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
About AEREA STUDIO
AEREA STUDIO is a registered in France. For any inquiries or assistance, please contact us at email@example.com during our operating hours (Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm). All communications from AEREA STUDIO will be made through email or telephone, using the contact information provided by you in your order.
Orders are placed as described in this section. To make a purchase, add the desired Product(s) to your Shopping Bag and proceed to complete your Order.
Select your preferred delivery method, confirm your Order, and accept these Terms. Verify your delivery address and provide payment details. Review your Order for accuracy before submitting it. Ensure your Order is correct before final submission.
Upon submission, you will receive a Confirmation email with your order reference number. This confirms receipt of your Order. We will process your payment details. We will send a second email confirming dispatch and estimated delivery times. Our acceptance of your Order is complete upon sending this confirmation. A legally binding contract is formed between you and AEREA STUDIO at this point.
If we cannot fulfill your Order, we will inform you via email and provide a refund. Only individuals aged 18 and over are eligible to enter legally binding contracts.
Making Changes to the Contract
To modify your Order, please contact us. Changes may be possible. Once the dispatch confirmation email is sent, Order changes are not possible, but cancellation rights (described below) remain.
By submitting your Order, you agree to purchase the Product(s) at the price indicated in your Order. Prices for delivery include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if applicable, are displayed when viewing the Product(s) in your Shopping Bag. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply and are your responsibility. Your total amount due is displayed before Order confirmation and outlined in the confirmation email.
Prices may change at any time. We will confirm the correct price if there's a discrepancy with your Order, and you can proceed if you agree. In case of a pricing error, we will contact you for instructions. If you've already paid, we may end the contract, refund the amount, and request a return of any goods.
Promotion and Offer Codes
To use a promotion or offer code, insert it in the "Voucher / Offer Code" box on the Shopping Bag page and click "Update." Code usage is subject to specific terms and general conditions, as outlined on the Site.
Payment must be made when confirming your Order. We accept credit or debit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro) and Paypal. We will not dispatch Product(s) until full payment is received. Credit or debit card payments may require autorisation and authentication. Failure to autorise or validate the payment may result in delayed or non-delivery. We use certified payment apps, ensuring safe and secure transactions with standard internet encryption technology. AEREA STUDIO does not store your payment details on the Site. They are securely processed by our payments processor.
We aim to deliver Product(s) to your requested address within the time frames provided in our confirmatory email. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. If we do not deliver within 30 days of the Contract date (or as otherwise agreed), you may cancel the Contract, and we will refund any payment. Ownership of Product(s) transfers to you upon delivery.
Exchanges and Returns
You can make a return up to 14 days after delivery. Contact us to initiate a return or exchange. Bespoke Product(s) cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. You must return Product(s) at your own cost within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation. Products must be in the same condition as received with a proof of purchase. We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving returned Product(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We're responsible for foreseeable loss or damage resulting from breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for any loss or damage that isn't foreseeable. We're not liable for commercial use.
At AEREA STUDIO we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We collect your personal data when you place an order and sign up for our marketing communications, or browse our website.
The data we collect includes details you provide to us, such as your given name and surname and your shipping and billing addresses. We also collect data regarding your shopping habits and the pages and products you have viewed from your use of the website. We use this data to:
Take your orders, process your payments and deliver the items you have purchased; provide any additional services you have requested, such as our marketing communications; give you access to services reserved for registered users.
Provide you with help and assistance via our Customer Care team; personnalise your visit to the website and ensure that content from our site is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
